Eq, collette, jacob zakariah, jordan martin, ramin lavi loan mod scam. Take up front fees, promise "100% mone back guarantee", then they do absolutely nothing and never return a dime

The contract states "100% money back guarantee" if not pleased with their services.
The attorney, stephen collette, has a degree from uc berkeley so a lot of people, including myself, trusted his bio/resume.
He has a chop shop full of ex loan/mortgage brokers who never return calls and never do anything with lenders for a loan modification. The state bar association has banned him, or is in the process of banning him from practicing law in california. I was told he moved to utah.
I sued him and he did nothing. I have a worthless judgment against him and his company.
