LEGAL Predator for Home Loan Modifications

Mr. Collette was hired to perform a loan modification with AURORA FINANCIAL and/or file a complaint to bring AURORA to the modification table, along with a bankruptcy based upon the direction the lender was forcing me into.

Collette took $3,500 up front. He put on a good show, and had a "team" in place to do his dirty work with him. However, they missed court dates and started to not return phone calls.

Next, I find out that he moved offices from his Wilshire location to the OLYMPIC address. Met him only once at the new office, and the next time I went his offices were cleaned out. Sam, Ken, Nille and the entire team were gone as well.

Now, I'm left in the exact situation I was in a year ago, in need of a mortgage modification & bankruptcy.

Overall, Collette is a predator with a legal "badge" as an attorney. The California BAR Association has not done anything to protect consumers against this type of activity with these lawyers, so they can get away with it.

There's no phone numbers to call, address to go to, as I've seen his former offices closed up, lock-stock & barrel.

I recommend filing a Complaint with the BAR, if anything. Only because it will eventually get someones attention. My complaint has been filed already. The Investigator assigned is WILLIAM GRAHAM and can call him at 213-765-1384.
