Bait and Switch

Several years ago, Target informed us that people doing less than 20 will not receive Health Care benefits.

That no one will go without Health Care benefits for people doing more than 20 hours, that there would always be enough hours to make it 20 hours.

I found that not to be true, they build more target stores to create less hours, to therefore not provide Health care benefits. Sure there are people that get hours, that is only part of all the people there, if they asked for what they need, when they said they would, they do not.

They give no sick leave. They started an new policy about paid vacation's, they do, or do not like people taking paid vacation's, if you have 25 hours coming you get 5 hours to use. Why call it a Vacation, why need a Vacation its 4-12 hours a week work. People come and go so quick after finding the fact from the fiction, did they really find something better? Some people stay.

Don't expect to get rich, you can expect to be overly exhausted or be fortunate some other day its different. They could expect you to work more for less - take it to the limit and beyond. Your supervisor can be, good or bad, or the worst, or the best. If you can afford it, its nice work for doing so much in so little time, then having a lot time doing something else.
