This is a warning for people who still thinking this company or lady really wants to help you, I had a bad experience with Home Rescue Program SE Peggy Martin, she said they will return your money if they are unable to help with your loan modification but this is a scam, she didn't help me like she agreed, but when we gave her our money ($3500) she didn`t want us to bother her, she stole our money?!! She doesn`t care if we are left living with our kids on the streets. I referrred her to 3 of my friends and she has done the same to them. They will be posting here as well. Sad part is I met her at the church and she used the "I`m a good Christian routine to gain my confidence." She`s a Wolf in sheeps clothing.
Be aware!!!
Also found out she`s not licensed and isn`t a broker of any sort.
