Calibration Bricked TV and Extended Warranty Transfer Refused

This all started in March of 08 when I had a tv calibrated by Best Buy and the bricked the tv, it took 9 months to get anything done, buy this time the tv was 13 months old, the cost of the tv, extended warranty and calibration was over 3400.00, I finally got BB to replace the tv with a lower model, 1899.00 credit, the store manager told me that the extended warranty would be transferred 450.00. Then I find out that that is against their policy. So BB has got 1500.00 of money from me and I have nothing for it. Seems to be very unethical business practice. They should have a motto of We steal from the customer best!
