Took $4,384.00 from an 83 year old woman

This company has taken My 83 year old mother inlaws money. And refuses to give it back. She was told she would make money in 3 - 4 months. He said between $2,000 and $3,000 dollars a month. All she needed to do was send them by her credit card $4,384.00. And the money would be rolling in. It has been over 6 months and She has not received an payment. She continued to communicate with them over the phone by appointment. She has asked for her money back several times, this week 03-01 she asked for her money back, and she was told it has been over 90 days, and no refund is available. They said they never committed to any finacial gain. They said she signed a contract stipulating that. They promised her a manual and she never received one. When she tried to contact them with in the 90 day period. Her coach was sick or for some other reason was out of the office. This has gone on now for over 6 months. It appears to me that these individuals do not care if they have taken advantage of an 83 year old woman. It also appears that it does not bother their conscience. So I guess God will be the Judge Here. If this posting seems a litte heated. I am sorry. It is just that I still have a conscience, and these kind of things disturb me. My Mother inlaw would be agreable to a full refund. I would be agreable to Jail time.
