Robbed me $5,000 dollars

I hire this thieft prosper bellizia to work on my brother-inlaw case. The reason why my brother inlaw is in jail is because he was at a night club dancing with a girl and her boyfreind find her a she acussed him of touching her sexually and they called the cops, he is only 21 years old. Anyway the first thing this so called lawyer did was ask me for $5,000.00 up front to start, that was back six months ago. My brother - inlaw had 3 courts, and this lawyer didnt even know about it, he took my money and forget about the case, so i called him, and said to him that i've find out that the public defender at the jail got him 4 years, and i ask him why another lawyer was doing his case when i gave him 5,000 dollars. He said that he has not even seen my brother inlaw's police report.

That they wouldn't let him see it, so for six months he didn't do any thing. That's his reason for not working, but he don't returned the money either. And he try to intimidate me by saying that my brother inlaw was going to get a white judge in bergen county and that they're racist, and also because he was an illigal imigrant, that i had to give him more money so he didn't had to see the white judge. He kept saying that because he was an iligal imigrant and didn't speak english he had to pay more money. He had the nerves to ask me for more money. All i ask this lawyer to do was get my my brother inlaw sentence lower or inocent so that imigration could send him back and he didn't had to spend a lot of years in jail before going back for something so stupid, is not fair.

I fired him, and asked him for my money back, he said the money that i gave him is non refundable, he robbed me. I told him that i was going to report him with the supreme court of ethics, and he left me several messages saying that he is working onthe case after six months of not doing anything, he said that he said that he went and did the transfer from the public defender to him so he can be his lawyer which is more prove that after six months os giving him the money he wasnt even the lawyer some body else did all the work but he got pay for it. This guy its a thieft.
