We got a loan with these CROOKS in OCT of 03,

Our loan was an adjustable rate the loan officer said can only "go up a little", It went from 817.00 to 1305.00 nearly DOUBLED, We tried to Refinance and found a 10 thousand dollar, "EARLY PAY Penalty " NO ONE told us about! We treid EVERY way to re negotiate the loan or make arrangements to NO avail, We ended up getting thrown out in the Second WORST BLIZZARD EVER TO HIT Indiana, Roads were closed. We were told by Country Sheriff anything left in our Home was Propert of Ameriquest, We LOST almost HALF of our household goods because it was to bad to retrieve them with roads closed NO ONE would help us or even talk to us, They wanted almost 10 GRAND in ATTY fees, add the Early Pay penalty, it was almost 20 grand not counting late fee's Making it Impossible to pay them and they KNOW this!

No Lender would loan us over 60% which makes it totally Impossbile to pay them.

Someone needs to make these THIEVES PAY! The CEO was a United States Ambassador! Truth! Someone Help the Little Man!!!
