My loan was suppose to be 5.9% interest rate and when we signed the closing papers, the loan had increased to 9.4% In addition to which we closed the loan Sept 22th and today is Nov. The 29th: we have yet to be funded but are still required to make payments on the loan.
I will pay the darn penalty and get this loan taken out and save money they are bastards of the Industry, preying on good people and the God whom I serve faitfully will bring them down, you can count on it.
