ProAm companies It's not a disgruntled employee. This company does exactly what the consumer said. I've worked in the past for them and they did the exact same thing, and threatened legal action

These people are staying true to form.

They even tried threatening legal action with me, cuz they don't want anyone to find out. They say they arent affiliated with Taylor management but that is a lie too. They have a charge account at Menards with the Taylor management name on it and thats where I bought the supplies. If they are so professional as they claim, why do they hire their handymen off of Craigslist instead of using lisenced contractors... Because its easy to cheat a handyman. If they aren't slumlords how come the lady that lives in the house went months with two running water faucets before they sent me in to look at it? I didn't cause any damage whatsoever to the property.

The water main valve was at least 30 years old and was stripped out so that it couldn't be turned off. The tenant was hostile and abusive, so i told them they should get a lisenced plumber to take care of the occupied unit or at least have someone meet me there and I could go ahead and make the repair.instead They wanted me to go back to the apartment the next day and make the repair WITH ONLY THE 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER in the house! I refused at that point and they never responded to anymore phone calls or request for payment. If they think they have legal action - bring it on. I do want to thank them for acknowledging me as an "employee" for my IDOL complaint about "unlawful deductions".

I stand by what i said - these people in my opinion are slumlords and labor cheats and anyone who works for them or rents from them is asking for problems. I challenge them to prove what they say in court. I have evry email, phone call and before/after photo relating to the agreement and the work done. Now they can look for my truck driving around Rockford and freeport with the following message painted on the sides - ProAm Companies - Unfair to tenants and labor - Lie, cheat and steal - its their business.
