Chemical Burn Arrogant Attitude

I recently went to Gordon Salon this past Friday to get a bleach touch up and tone for a discounted price there and I got a lot more than I hoped for. Mo;y the girl who took me was about to start a job there she was assisted by the so called top stylist named Eric. I told her I really wanted to go a light brown because I COULD NOT LIFT TO A REAL BLONDE because my hair has too much warmth. I asked her if the only way was to go very light and start all over she agreed. SO SHE CONSULTED ERIC and she began to touch up my roots and A little of my outward growth. II finally pulled Eric to the side and told him what I wanted and he said I DID NOT HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY OUT TO WHITE HAIR. Well it was already started and I THOUGHT OH WELL NEXT TIME. Well I WAS UNDER QUITE LONG before I went to the wash bowl and all of a sudden in my hairline started really burning and where my middle part was and I said oh God take this off! The girl did wash my hair but it continued to burn even more. I said maybe we should not tone this. So at that time i grabbed erics attention and he said what is wrong and i said my head is burning. He noticed I was drawing attention so he walked up and said I do not see anything wrong... To make a long story short they still toned my hair blow dried it she tried to cover up the sting by putting sweet and low sweetner in my conditioner which made it subside slightly. I know and felt I had some serious stuff going on and they knew it too. They tried to nicly get me outta there as soon as they could. On the way home the pain came back but in full force. It burned so much I should have went to ER but I so stressed I went to lay down and took my pills and fell asleep. Iwas awkened the early morning on fire with my scalp I called the salon and spoke to the owner Tony Gordon who tried to blow me off by saying we never had this kind of a problem occur and tried to blame it on Aveda products and that I should call them to tell them. He also told me to put a little water on my head an dthat it should be ok. He never showed one ounce of concern over my problem and did not even offer to look at it. I told him it was burnning so bad I AM SEEING A DOCTOR andI did. He said my scalp was burned and he gave me a script for ointment that I cannot take because I am a cardiac patient. I called him back and they would not pick up their phone but I LATER GOT A HOLD OF HIS RECEPTIONIST AND I TOLD HER THE DOCTOR SAID ON PAPER IN BLACK AND WHITE MY SCALP WAS BURNED. I wanted my money back for him to pay my doctor bill and for scalp treatment. I have not heard back from them. Tough luck. But I am going to take him to court. Never go there if you are smart tony is uncaring, arrogant, a poor businessman and irresonsible.
