Dishonest landlord spent all pre-paid money in lease & left my family with no money to move out also NO A/C for a mth property is in Florida

This is about my dishonest landlord Luz Masso who lives in Freeport New York. The property is located in Hallandale Beach Florida at 200 Leslie Drive.in January when the A/C broke I advise Ms Masso via email while she was on vacation in Colombia where she has another home. Ms Masso asked me to get a quote so I got several quotes, the repairs are between $2200-$4500 for a new unit it cant be repaired. March is here and still no A/C, Ms Masso said she has no money and has already spent my last/security / pet deposit although she had money for her vacation but not to take care of her tenant.

I found the property for sale (short sale) online so I called her realtor and he confirmed Ms Masso has put the property on the market and that Ms Masso would be calling me to work something out, Im still waiting. Ms Masso has not returned any of my calls or emails. According to the lease she broken the contract due to not repairing the A/C within 7 day. Therefore I would like my money back so my family and I can find somewhere to live and not be homeless due to Ms Masso negligence in handling money.
