Godshoe Inc. Gets money and wont send orde

I placed a order on 02/02/10 for sneakers and misc. Items in the total of $119.00. Godshoe collected my money and then e-mailed me that it was their Chinese New Year and they would send order out later but i have not recieved order. I requested money back but they wont respond to my emails anymore. So, buyers beware this could be a ripp off!!!
