Evercore Financial Solutions
I was ripped off for $737.00 by william harmon and michael finely and was promised a loan for $5000,00 and i just want my money back

On February 2 i received a phone call from William Harmon of Evercore Financial Solutions stating that i was preapproved for a loan of $5000.00. When i called them back he said that if i paid the first five months of payments i would receive my money. On February 3 i received a fax from them with all the paperwork for the loan. I filled it out and faxed it back to them. I told him I would try and get the money together for the payments (i would not have to make another payment until August 3rd) and he said that would be ok. On February 12 I went to Price Chopper and called Wiliam Harmon and told him I was about to send the money via Western Union. He stayed on the phone with me and told me how to fill out the paperwork and i sent it supposedly to a bank in Canada. He then told me i would have my money on Tuesday the 16th since monday was a holiday. I thought that sounds ok. This money was sent to Shawn Rayhan in North York, Ontario Canada, money control number 896582751. It all seemed legal. A couple of days later I received a call from Michael Finely and he said i needed to send 1000.00 more because the bank wouldn't release the funds without insurance on the loan because of my credit. I said if i had that kind of money what would i need the loan for? He then said he would call the bank and see what they could do. He called me later and said they would accept 500.00 for the insurance. I said i didn't have the money that day but i would try and put it together. Well it is 2/26/10 and i would have had my money today and i tryed to call them to see if they were open today and i got a "I'm sorry this phone number has been disconnected or is no longer in service" i then went to the internet and saw where several others have gone through the same thing with Evercore Financial Solution and i am writing to you. I just want my 735.00 dollars back plus the cost of Western Union of 66.00 for a total of 801.00. These people also should pay for making promises and scamming people out of their hard earned money. It all seemed so legal because i still have all my paperwork to prove it. Let's make them pay for this.
