Jonathan Miller & Michael Fisher They will SCAM people with less that perfect credit as their VICTIMS!

I have been sick ever since they scammed me and I have learned my lesson! I normally do a lot of research before I do anything, but for some reason, I didnt with this. I searched the day it happen and at that point, I learned they are not BBB accredited. I applied for a loan on the internet. I received a message from a Jonathan Miller December 8 whom advised he was with Mccaul & Norton Financial Group a company who search for loans with a third party company and I have been approved for a loan in the amount of $15,000. Mr. Miller gave me all the details of the loan when I returned his call on Dec. 9. Mr. Miller advised me before I could get the loan I would have to purchase insurance on the loan due to my credit history which would be 7 months of monthly payments. The cost would be $1,266.72 and my first payment would be due Aug. 2010. He gave me the loan terms and advised he would like to fax the forms to me to review and then fax them back to him. I faxed the loan papers back to Mr. Miller & the other information he requested on Dec. 10. I then called Mr. Miller later that day to verify he received the papers and he said yes. I advised him I will not be able to come up with the full amount but I may be able to do $1000. He advised he will talk to the lender & see if they will take $1000. He called me back and advised me the lender said they will settle for the $1000 but that will make my first payment due in June. He also advised me I would need to send the insurance payment by Western Union and for me to call him when I get to the location where I will be sending the payment from and at that time he will give me the information I need for the Western Union form. I ask for it the day before but he refused and said he give it to me while I was at the store before me sending the money. I called Mr. Miller Saturday afternoon (Dec. 12) as instructed before I made the payment. Thats when I learned that the lender was out of Canada. I should have known something was wrong then but, no red flags went up in my head telling me to STOP! Plus, I have never heard of any scams in Canada. Boy was I wrong! He gave me all the information needed and ask me to call him back with the MTCN number and I did. He then advised me I should have the money deposited into my account Monday, Dec. 14 by 5pm and the paperwork will come via Fed-Ex in three business days. December 14, I received a message from a Michael Fisher whom he advised was a customer service manager with Mccaul and Norton saying there was a problem with my loan and for me to return his call soon as possible. I called Mr. Fisher back and he advised me the lender is requesting that I pay another $1200 before the funds would be released. I then became very hysterical and began crying. I said to Mr. Fisher I just been scammed. He then said I was not scammed and if I read article 9 on the contract it clearly states if the lender request additional funds before the money is released, they may do so. I said to him I need my money back because all I have is $12.77 to my name and I have bills to pay. He then advised me the earliest I will get my money back is Jan. 2. I advised him I do not have any money and I need my money back today and he hung-up on me. I called back him back still crying and begging for my money back he hung-up again. I called Mr. Miller three times on Dec. 14th and once on the 15 and to this day, still no t returned call.
