I was ripped off, A man going by the name William Harmon

I was given a call by the name of William Harmon who said I was approved for a loan for 5000 dollars. He said that I had to send him an upfront fee of 786. Oo through a wire transfer through Western Union. He never sent me the loan and then hung up on me when he called back claiming to be the CEO of the company. He said a check would be sent in 7-10 days for a refund. I said since he had my bank account info, he needed to put in there right away. I never recieved the money and he never mentioned the money during our talk. I tried to call back and the number is disconnected. He will tell you to send the money to David Meza in Canada.
