Debit card charged without permission under their service agreement

I'd like to know how directv gets away with charging your debit card without your permission, because it's in their service agreement. WTF kind of stuff is that. Any bill that is due, electric, car insurance, phone etc. don't they just charge the last method of payment you used? Cause its fricking illegal! But it appears no one can or will do anything about their tactics. All I can say is stay as far away from directv as you can, or you'll be sorry
