Constant Harrassment

For the last few months I have been receiving phone calls, which I have just found out are originated by NCO Financial Systems.

I have called them several times. Each time I am told that they cannot find my phone number in their database and will delete it immediately (if they can't find it, how can they delete it?)

I am still receiving calls, yesterday was the latest one. I once again called them, asking for the address where I could file my complaint and first of all the representative refused to supply it, but after I requested twice again she supplied it.

I have never owed any money. I pay all my bills on time. I am worried that my credit report will show something that has nothing to do with me, and consequently that my credit score will go down.
