NCO Financial System ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

I would like to report NCO Financial Systems for dishonest fraudulent billing. I have been receiving constant calls (sometimes 4 or 5 a day) for about 3 months from a representative of NCO Financial Systems stating that I owed them 593.00.

The calls came from a Ms. Joan Wagner who stated that if I did not pay the bill that they were going to contact the state to garnish my check for the money. Not realizing at that time that the bill had been paid since Sept. Of 2002 I scheduled a 200.00 draft to be taken out of my account. Two days after they took the money I got a call from Ms. Wagner stating that she had just found information that the account has been paid.

I have tried to contact her since then and she has not returned any of my calls. I have sent them the letter stating that the bill was paid and have requested a refund of my money; with no answer.

It is frustrating that in this day and age a company can stay in business by defrauding others out of ther hard ernred money. Something has to be done to right the wrongs of this system.
