Texas Truck Sales
Bad managment crooks

Miscellaneous

I test drove a truck at Texas truck Sales and it ran fine I told Lori the sales lady that I would think about buying it after a week I decided to buy the truck because the payments were affordable. I went down to the credit union on Saturday and got all the paper work for the financing signed. Then I went to the dealership, Lori the sales lady took $2500 and had me sign the As Is paper. When I got into the truck and turned the key the truck let out a big plume of smoke sputtered and died then it would not start back up I never drove it off the lot. She told me they would have someone on Monday to come out and look at the truck. I decided to research the truck on the Internet and turns out the ford 2003&4s models had a big recall on that particular engine. I called Lori back on Tuesday and asked her to switch me to another vehicle because I did not want truck. She told me absolutely not and that I already signed my bank docs so I am stuck with the truck but they would fix it. I called the credit union back and they said they have not sent ant of my paper work yet to the underwriting. I called mike the owner and he told me that he was going to keep my $2500. Remember none of my information ever got submitted to the bank and I never drove the car off the lot they still think it's ok to steel money. Now I am stuck with out a car.
