I received a notice from my bank that I was overdrawn. I wasn't sure why seeing that I hadn't used my debit card in days and I had no ACH that was to go through. I don't write checks. I don't even have a check book! I looked at my bank account and it said that I had a check for 39.63 going through. I called my bank to find out who it was from. They told me OZ Super Storage. Then I started looking back and the same people took money out on 8/17 as well. I tried calling the number 1-877-902-9415 and I got a voice mail. I did mention to call 302-724-6109 to cancel subscription. I never signed up for a subscription. The first time I called the 302 number I was put on hold and then the phone was answered by a rude woman who I told the company had taken money out of my account unauthorized. She was very rude saying that they never did such thing. I ended up hanging up on her. I re-listened to the voice mail from the 1-877 number to confirm that I had dialed the right number. It was correct. I called it back and I got a different message that stated to leave my name to cancel subscription. My bank has put a stop pay on the last withdrawal but the other is too old. These people are frauds and need stopped! I'm not even sure how they got my bank information.
