Everything he mentioned is true. I would also like to add that they cross market their clients. At one point in time they had us selling services for Shaw, then they would get us to use the same calling list to convert the customers to Allstream. Eventually as I began to really begin to do well (I watched it happen to 3 other employees as I was there) they ended up reducing my pay by raising my quota because they felt that my job was getting too easy for me. They believe it to being good business but it is horrible business and their greed will be their misfortune. Not only did they let myself and a few other over qualified employees go (because we stood up to their nonsense and un-ethical ways) but they held back our checks 2 weeks only for us to find that they came up with some childish story explaining how they don't owe us as much as we earned in our last few weeks. Is this the type of professionalism that the shady world of business has come to?
If Shaw new the stuff that they had their employees do they would cancel their contract with them. If a rep from shaw sees this, my reccommendation would be to hire a team of 5 (with no experience, because those are the employees that Salesfuel prefers to keep) and have them call out on your lists. You'll get better results and a lower turn over rate from your new customers.
The SalesFuel model was that "we deliver value" but the lines they had us say was "hey there's no contract so after you get your free services from us you can just change back" where right around the three month term (after shaws bonus offers ended) they had us use the same list to call out for Allstream.
