T-Mobile They charge me Ovear $2:50 cents a minuts My phone billl, I have 95 cents a minuts International call agreements. I need help to get my ovear pay money back. They did without notifaing me

I like to file a complain about t-mobile, i have areements with them with international call 95 cents a minuts. But they start charging me without notafaying me$ 2:81 cents a minuts, I never look my bill befour I just pay bill I trusted them, I want to know how long they been charging me that much money. I like to get refound my over pay money back. Please help me out thank you.
