David Whiteley Enterprises, The Inside Outside Stores.com Sent wrong item. Wouldn't send right one or refund difference. Now won't respond at all

I ordered a set of replacement water mattresses for my waterbed online through airbediq.com. The mattresses I ordered were supposed to come as a 2-piece set to fit a queen size bed.
The mattress I received was a one-piece mattress to fit a queen size bed. The mattress will fit my bed, but it is not what I ordered, and the cost of the single mattress is half what I paid for the dual mattress set.
I contacted the seller to inform him of the error... He stated he would send out the correct one right away. A couple hours later, I decided I didn't want to wait, and i would use the incorrect mattress, and request a refund of the difference in price.
I had no immediate response from the seller, so I filed a dispute for the difference through Paypal, which is the website I used to pay for my purchase. The seller then called me and informed me because of the dispute I filed through Paypal, he would not be sending me the correct mattress and he wouldn't be issuing any refunds. Then he hung up on me.
AirbedIQ.com, aka theinsideoutsidestores.com, aka David Whiteley Enterprises is a one-man scam operation. Check out the BBB website about David Whiteley Enterprises... If I only I had, then I would have made my purchase elsewhere.
