Loan Modification Scam Alert is a Fraud
Carmin, HUD, Yeah Right! Not Qualified, and Works for the Banks not you

I called Loan Modification Scam Alert from a radio ad and was sent to their website. I advised me that I can work with my lender on my own. And that I didn't need anyone to assist me. They told me that they were a free organization and that they get federal funding. They just referred me to a HUD counselor. Well with all due respect, I will just rather hire an attorney and have some accountability. I tried to do this myself for over a year and every time, my lender has said to me that they don't have this or don't have that. I am done. My lender has a fiduciary responsibility to themselves not me, so if Loan Modification Scam Alert is preaching to work with my lender directly, that would be stupid. They say they are getting paid by HUD. They are getting paid by the lenders to keep their loans directly and without an outside advocate involvement. That is misleading! So PLEASE HIRE AN ATTORNEY with a great background and accountability. I hired a wonderful attorney with 28 years of experience, and they saved me thousands of dollars a month and had my 24 months of non-payment waived. I recommend this to anyone serious about saving your home. Call Joe at at the Law Firm at 561-222-2249 and he will guide you in the right direction not this crap. If you don't qualify, he will not take you into the firm. They DO NOT take anyone that doesn't qualify.
