Passed several Bad Checks, reneggged on several promisses

1."Eric" swiped hundreds of dollars off my credit card as a cancellation fee even though I did NOT cancel

2. Then he passed me two bad chekcs to cover this ripoff

3. Then he switched me and told me he would cover my termination fee. He did not and I am being hounded by a collection agency

He also represented that if I paid my bills through him directly I would get a 30% discount. This was false

Those who know him argue whether he is more a liar or a thief. I guess he's both.
