Eric Moshay is a thief. I made arrangements to purchase a dogue de Bordeaux from him. I paid $500 deposit on A $ 1000 dog. THe litter supposedly passed away. Eric called to tell me he would refund my deposit in 2 weeks because the vet bills were expensive. He has since moved and I have not received my refund.
