Misslead me to believe that i was getting a vacation for a set price then charged me "peak season fees" after i paid the non refundable fee

I called wbtth.com to make my reservations and they made them for me charged my credit card for a non refundable fee. They told me that i would recieve a eticket and to follow the instruction. I recieved an email not an eticket for the booking.
I then followed the instructions then called the # the reservations i made the night before were not known about. I told the woman that i had booked the hotel and date the night before she had no record of it i then told her the resort we wanted to stay at and she told me their was no vacancy for the date we had already reserved and paid for
needless to say i was then informed that this date was "peak season" and that there was a 300.00 dollar fee per person and i couldnt even stay at the resort i had already paid for. Not to meantion the hotel fees that were not to exceed 99.00 per person and this was to be paid at the hotel she then told me that this resort you need to mail the fees to a po box in florida. So yep they will rip you off they did me and my fiance. This was suppost to be for our honeymoon, were out 1098.00 thats a nice chunk of change to be taken, expecially when you cant aford to replace it to go on your honeymoon. Thanks mbtth for distroying my honeymoon
