Link wood flooring not worth our time and a waste of our money

I would use extreme caution dealing with this company. The ONLY way I would suggest you do, is to go directly there and pick it out and leave with the wood.
Frankly&I would never had ordered if I knew what we were in store for.
First. We ordered 3" tigerwood. The wood we got was supposed to be high grade—it was junk. Half of the boards didn't even have a finish on them, they were different thicknesses, the tops looked as if it had ridges as if the wood didn't get sanded enough.

It took us many, many calls (daily) and emails to finally get in contact. At first he was sorry and said he'd send a new batch-free of cost. It took 3 months maybe, I'd have to look...
When we finally got the wood it was the wrong size and one box didn't make it because it was damaged in transit. We TRIED to make it work and even made a new pattern to compensate for his mistake.
We contacted him and he actually sent out a new box right away EXCEPT!!! —he sent 4 inch this time!
You bet we complained... Patience ran out and he got the tongue lashing he deserved at that point... So, now we have to go out and buy more wood while STILL living in a half completed home!
