Just another con artist out to scam people... His 'company' is not registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Newport Beach, works by himself from a shared 'office' service (has no secretary and can't even use spell check for his emails and doesn't even know how to spell.
This guy is in California, but he sends you a copy of his D/L -WHICH IS FROM N CAROLINA!!! Just to 'Appear' legit.
