First Credit Protections
First Credit Protection Services, An "officer" from this company called to say that they would be filing an arrest warrant for me for fraud because of an outstanding payday loan. I could pay the loan over the phone and avoid arrest

Miscellaneous

An "officer" from First Credit Protections said he was calling to read me an arrest warrant for me for fraud because I had allegedly not repaid an outstanding payday loan. He had my personal information, but my records indicate that I had paid all such outstanding loans. The "officer" claimed that I had ignored three emails from Cash Net America demanding payment. I have no record of receiving such emails. He advised me to have an attorney, but he did not want to speak with him. He refused to send me another inquiry or follow up of this call in writing. I could pay the account in full over the phone or the arrest warrant would be filed. He would not give me time to research this alleged loan to see if anything about this call was legit.

The gentleman kept referring to himself as Officer so-and-so to make me feel like I was talking to a police officer.initially he would not give me a number to call him back or have my attorney call him. While speaking with my attorney, the "officer" called back and left a number in New York to call. Upon doing a reverse check through information, this phone number is listed as a personal address.
