Fradulent Biling practices and early cancelation fees

I was unable to pay my bill so my service was terminated. I recieved boxes to mail the recievers back and then the next day they removed 1002.00 from a card that was never on file only for a few one time payments, which is unfair first of all. We then were told if we would reconnect we would recieve all the money back within 48 hours and could set up payment arrangements for the back bill which we did. Then 48 hours later no money so we call again and were told they were keeping the back bill money and would only refund 595 and it would be up tp 30 days. Then we call the corporate office at 310964500 and told we would have the 595 in 8-10 days. Still no money so we call back and brian told us that they were supposed to reverse the temporary credit of this amount that appears on our statement but they had not done this so now that takes 72 hours and then another 8-10 days for the refund to my card, oh yeah and they will take next months bill out first. I need to pay my rent and this is unacceptale. We were lied to repeatedly told many different stories. First of all they never should have used that card as it was not on the account, second they charged me for recievers that they never gave me time to return, and third why am i getting the run around to get the rest of the balance back. It is my money at this point, they are paid in full, I owe them nothing! They can have the money for my back bill (i was gonna pay it anyway) even though that is not what i was told. I just want my 595 that they are holding as a credit balance on my account so they can keep deducting my bill from this until it is gone. That is my money and i never agreed to such a thing. Did I mention I had service or over 2 years so that I should have never been charged an early termination fee.
