The have every excuse you can imagine. You wont see that money back. And after living in one of their false advertise "Newly and renov. Clean apt"...
You will find yourself living with mentally insane neighbors, bugs for and for an overpriced monthly rent. This is when you realize that you should be moving out... And to your surprise, you have been renting to slumlords who wont return your damage deposit.

We know more people who rented with them, I the damage deposit was not return to none of them.
