Cannot reach claims rep for 8 weeks about workers' comp check

Was hurt at work and introduced to Sedgwick CMS. I can get over the fact that they send my workman's comp check whenever they wanted, but not being able to get a hold of Danielle Settles for over 8 weeks leaving many many many messages trying to get my last check that is due to me is very unprofessional, would not recommend this company to anyone
