Complete utter rip off, I got more info in tele book

I was trying to find some info on a Viet Nam Vet buddy. The info I received could have been found in the white pages of a phone book. I emailed them right away to complain and received a form letter email. When my credit card bill comes due I will refuse to pay, let them sort it out. One would think the BBB would shut them down or the CC company would refuse the order knowing how many complaints they receive.
