Ripoff - dishonest company -never received book!

On 8/29/06 I ordered a textbook from this company's website for my son's first quarter at college. It was a great price for the book and it showed that it was in stock. My credit card was processed and charged.
The company showed that the order was processed and that the book was shipped via Media Mail.

After waiting for 2 weeks to receive the book, I emailed them to see where it was. The tracking number I was given did not register with the Postal Service. I did not receive a response. After several attempts to email them, I located their phone number and called. I left a message and never received a call back. I tried again and again to no end.

It is obvious that this company is fraudulent and attempts to rip-off students! Talk about preying on the innocent.

I have seen from the consumer complaints that I am not alone in my complaint. When is the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney going to shut this company down?

Beware - don't buy anything from this company!

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure theymake the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
