Lousy service/broken promises - cable, internet and home phone bundle

Just look at my record—3 service calls since service was installed 6 wks ago—i work from home over the internet and with phone and have lost over $450 pay from service being down, plus over 120 minutes on my cell phone calling you because my home phone wasn't working. Also, when i ordered the bundle over the internet with chat help-was promised $300 in rewards-only received $120 (which i doubt i'll receive even that). You can be assured everyone i know will know about this—it will be on fabebook, twitter, emails and signs posted at my office which sees about 100 patients a day. I had no problem with regular at&t land line and internet over 12 years—this is unacceptable!
