Charge for $12 appeared on credit card

Saw this charge on my credit card along with several other suspect charges. Did some research as to what company this is and found that it is a scam membership charge. I called the number after hours and used the automated canceling system. It so happens that this charge as been on my card for several months. I did not realize it until recently because i do allot of online shopping and thought it was just something i bought. Now that i no longer use this credit card for much i finally noticed it. I am now going to dispute all charges. I don't know how it originated.
