Account Suspended by Mistake, Tickets Closed Without Reply

Twitter mistakenly suspended my account, and after numerous attempts to contact them, including numerous support tickets, I still have not received any response as to why my account was suspended or how I could possibly resolve it.

To top it off, all of the support tickets I created directly with Twitter have a status of "closed" or "completed." Yet there is no response, and the account is still suspended.
