Updates Stopped at 100 Tweets Despite 1,000 Daily Limit

Miscellaneous

Twitter says it limits how many tweets per day an account can post. Its Current Twitter Limits page says the daily limit for updates is 1,000, that this is divided into smaller limits for semi-hourly intervals, and that retweets count as updates.

Even so, Twitter apparently treats 100 tweets as if it were 1,000 and blocks me from posting. I contacted Twitter but was given wrong numbers and emails that don't work. No one at Twitter cares to listen; they just direct you to their Help Center page, which has not helped me at all.
