BAGHAUTE, I never recieve the item

I purchased a handbag Jan, 5 in Baghaute for the amount of $29.00 and i paid $10.00 for the shipping they took payment from my credit card, the problem is Its been 14days I never receive my order I receive 1 email they are saying my ordered it has been shipped but they didn't give the tracking no# now I send an email and called them so many times but i never get response, This Baghaute's site it has a terrible scam.
