I placed an order for a pair of sora chestnut jimmy choo ugg boots, they billed me thru realpay.com I didn't receive a tracking # or a date the item was sent out... All I did get through an email is an order#20 for the payment, I sent them 3 emails stating when the item was shipped & tracking#, didn't get a response till yesterday, stating they were on winter vacation& they would senf me a tracking # asap... On the website It also said you receive an add'tl 10% off order if you use your credit card, & free shipping orders over 99$'s never received either was billed to my credit card addt'l shipping charges!!!
