Be sure to check on their return policy and references. Their background check hints to a fly by night operation. They sold us a SOHO laser printer with more than 190,000 printed pages as refurbished. This SOHO printer reached its end of life after so many cycles. They did change the fuser, duplex printing impossible, pickup roller. Paper handling rollers and drive mechanism should have been exchanged or overhauled. Their policy is customer loses all S&H and they do not lose nothing. This would have meant for us $105 in S&H charges (the $20 initialy charged and $75 to ship back) to get the $200 back. We sent pictures of the printer: damaged railing, damaged roller, full of lint and dirt... We came to a deadlock in our discussion. Fortunately we purchased through an internet store portal which offers a type of 3rd party guarantee.

This is matter of principle, if you allow in a society such an unethical behaviour it will degenerate in increasing criminality rates of a broad spectrum.
