Tim Beverley aka TJ the former owner of Tyler Jet in Tyler Texas was just released from Federal prison after serving almost five years. He was indicted for 29 counts of bank fraud and money laundering. Mr Beverley owned the Darrel Waltrip race team before his financial activities landed him in jail. He was in business with the Esquino brothers, Salvatore and Christian. They have both been indentified as the primary suppliers of aircraft to the the Arenno Felix Juarez crime cartel. Christian Esquino who went to federal prison for falsifiying aircraft log books and selling the subsequent aircraft at the same time he was doing business with Tyler Jet and Mr. Beverley. Mr Beverley who owes his victims in excess of 18 million dollars leaves federal prison and promptly goes into business with known felons where he works. He drives a new car and lives in a luxury high rise penthouse in Miami Beach. If only his financial victims were doing as well. It seems to me that he has slipped through the cracks of the system. Don't do business with this man or his accomplices. You will either lose your money and or get some aircraft that may have bad log books.
