Hires employees the police are looking fo

I am very concerned that Tyler Moving and Storage, the Atlas agent in Tyler, TX, has an employee that I know the Tyler police Department is actively looking for. I know they are looking for him because I'm the one who has an active complaint filed against him. Last year my company had some furniture delivered and Tyler Moving and Storage was contracted to deliver it. During the course of the delivery one of Tyler Moving and Storage employees began using filthy language very loud and became very aggressive with my staff when we asked him to please be quiet. We run a faith based, Christian retirement home and obviously that behavior isn't acceptable there. When I approached this individual he threatened to "kick my a*s if I didn't shut my mouth". We called the police and filed a report and the Tyler Moving and Storage assured us that they would help the police find him and that he wouldn't work there ever again.

Imagine my surprise this morning as I drove to work and saw this man driving a truck for Tyler Moving and Storage. I called the Tyler office and spoke with Tish who remembered the event and proceeded to tell me that he only worked there part time and that him doing so wasnt any of my business.

I am sure that Atlas does not know that their local agent has an employee that the police are actively looking for and this man is dangerous and has no business working in the public, much less representing Atlas. Since your local agent doesnt seem to interested in keeping this explosive individual, who by the way is about 65 and 350 pounds, away from the public I am going to begin an active campaign to let every person in Tyler Texas know about my experience. How could a company knowingly allow a person like this to interact with the public.
