Defective Product, Won't Honor Warranty, Horrible Service, Constant Lies, Won't Refund $ Owed

We purchased a tv from HDHut online. Their site doesn't clarify if the product is new so we asked and were told that it was. The tv we received was not only DEFECTIVE, but had been REFURBISHED before. Because of this, there was no warranty with the manufacturer.
HDHut wouldn't replace the tv even though on the site and on our receipt it said the tv came with a 1 year warranty. The manufacturer was willing to replace the tv for a substantial fee (but much better than starting over). HDHut assured us they would pay the fee. We knew they weren't trustworthy at this point but it was the best option.
It took months to get the replacement tv and it has been MONTHS since and we have received no reimbursement from HDHut. We have given them mulitiple payment options and called regularly. They LIE constantly and make promises but never follow through with actions.
This company FRAUDULENTLY sells refurbished equipment without advertising it as such and fraudulently advertises a warranty that they do not back up. Consumers beware, you will lose time and money if you buy from hdhut.
