Eva Kong Beware of this con artist-She is emotionall unstable and irrational

We had hired Eva Luvert (not sure if this is her real name) about 1 month back. After serious issues arising she was asked to take the day off as we perfom an evaluation of her performance. This is where it all started to go bad. Below is the email chain between Eva and our company. She was relieved of her duties and then decided to send emails directly to our clients in an attempt to disrupt our business.

Hello Eva Luvert,

We had requested you to come in to work but you have not come to work and you have not called in for a leave. You have been sending frivolous emails to staff at our company as well as our clients. You have also taken official company documents and notes without informing your superiors at our company. Due to your insubordinate behavior and failure to show up for work as requested you are officially no longer employed with Our company. Effectively immediately you are relieved of your duties.

We have electronically deposited your final check in to your bank account with over time pay for work which you performed at home. A hard copy of your pay stubs has been mailed to the official address which you provided on your employee paperwork. (NOTE-see attached soft copies)

Please be aware that you are not to contact any of our clients for any reasons related to our company, our products, our services or any other company related issue including but not limited to your official dismissal from our company. Please also direct all correspondence with regards to your previous employment with our company to our HR Dept.

Please also be aware that our company fully intends to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any malicious intent or activities on your part to disrupt our company productivity and/or current or future client relationships. Our lawyers are fully aware of the complaints we have received with regards to your unprofessional behavior while personally contacting our clients in the last 24 hours. Our company is fully prepared to take legal action against you in the event of any further malicious behavior. Please desist from contacting our clients or sending emails to any of our staff or clients.

To buy products from michael b., telling clients lies was patented by our company, physical assault and abuse, without communication with your spouse, wife, or children, assault and battery, threats regarding bodily injury, etc.
Threatening victims and clients, customers, employees regarding clients, with prepaid legal, from southern california, who are fellow paralegals and attorneys...

NOTE-We called the local Sheriff dept. Who informed us that Eva had called them earlier that day to check what your options were with regards to her being assaulted by someone in our company. This is a completely untrue statement and we have filed a restraining order against her.

Please stay away from this person as she is very unstable. Do not hire her or do business with her at all. She is no attorney either!
