I have worked with Underwater Properties, APFS, LHDR, TMLG, whatever you want to call them for a long time now. I no longer with them because I cannot go to bed at night knowing the kind of things that happen there and how they handle clients.

I have raised many issues with the company as I see a lot of malpractice happening. Unfortunately, none of the clients are fully aware of what is happening to them and no further action has taken place. Frankly, I am surprised the Attorney General hasn't closed the company down for investigations and that they haven't been audited for illegal transactions for client payments.

Sales people are telling customers anything to get them to sign with the company and are calling themselves a 'law firm'. They claim they have hundreds of offices around the country and that their success rate is 95%. Client are being mishandled and at stake are their homes. The president of the company has no management background, simply implements middle school type procedures to get more sales, more clients, and there is no implemenatation of anything in regards to the managing of clients after they have signed on and paid a portion of their retainer to the 'law firm'.

If you value your home, your life, and the little money you are able to make at work to provide for your family and make a mortage payment, please do not work with this company.
