Transaction clearing llc slammed my AT&T business phone bill with $83.90 for "webhost svces" which I never ordered

Opened my AT&T bill today to find a total of $83.90 in bogus charges from Transaction Clearing LLC, billed "on behalf of Your City Directory".
A couple of months ago we received a call from someone with an Indian accent who purported to be simply verifying our mailing address, phone no etc., eliciting a string of "yes" answers - which presumably they can manipulate to sound like an agreement for services.

As soon as I said that we did not want any new services, the telemarketer assured me that nothing would be charged to our account - we would receive a "package" describing all their services for our consideration. Of course, no such package ever arrived.

This company needs to be stopped and AT&T needs to vet their 3rd party billers more thoroughly.
