Unauthorized charges on my phone bill

Headwind Media, Inc is a total rip-off

Unauthorized charged appeared on my Verizon phone bill 2 moths in a row. I called Verizon and spoke with a rep. Explained that I have no idea who this Headwind Media company is, never used them or contacted them. I also told Customer Service rep that I read complaint on the interent and that there are a huge a mount of complaints of this company.

Result

Charges for both months were removed from my bill

Block against any secondary providers was put on

Cramming Complaint Log was filed with FCC by Verizon's Customer Service department

Recourse charge back was issued back to Headwind Media My advice to everyone who fell victim to Headwind Media and its' affiliates:

DO NOT take NO for an answer. Call you phone provider immediately and demand refunds and everything listed in "RESULT" section above. If they still insist that you pay the money - threaten them with going to your local media and lawyers, make sure you write down full name of the person you're speaking with along with date and time.

These scam artists HAVE to be punished and the best and most effective way - is their pockets.!
